I offer a free 15-minute consultation to all new clients. This gives you an opportunity to ask questions, discuss prices, and see the process. This is also to see if we are a good fit for each other (not every therapist or coach fits with every client) and to see which type of sessions would work best for you.
I am available Monday-Friday from 7am-2pm PST.
For therapy clients, sometimes online therapy is not best for everyone. In that case, I would provide you a referral for an in office therapist in your area.
**I am a provider with Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, and BCBS. Since the COVID-19 Pandemic, insurance companies have made many changes regarding payment for telehealth (online therapy services). Please continue to check your benefits for coverage as things are always in flux. Once confirmed, billing is done by me and deductibles and co-payments will still need to be met (if applicable). Payments will be accepted through my platform, Theranest. As usual, private pay rates are still available.
