Hi, I’m Lisa. I work with adults in California who are struggling with anxiety, OCD, trauma, and life transitions. Many of my clients feel stuck in cycles of worry, self-doubt, and emotional overwhelm, or are trying to make sense of thoughts, feelings, or past experiences that won’t go away on their own.
In therapy, we focus on helping you understand what’s driving these patterns and giving you evidence-based tools to change them. My approach is collaborative and practical, combining CBT, EMDR, ERP-informed work to help you reduce anxiety, process what’s been difficult, and feel more grounded and in control of your life.
